I made a coffee order through this company for my department at ********************* and contacted them asking how I could make my order tax exempt (as we are a University and I paid with my company credit card). I called numerous times with no answer and left a callback number as well as voicemails with no call back. I emailed and received a response telling me to submit my tax exemption form on March 31st, which I did, and then they would refund me the sales tax that I paid on my order. After that, I received no response to let me know they received it, or when I would be receiving a refund on my tax that I paid on my order that I made. This company does not answer their phone; it simply states to wait for the next available representative then tells you to either leave a voicemail or a call back number. I need to have this resolved as I need to pay my credit card statements in a certain amount of time (30 days) and I feel that a company that does not respond to phone calls at all, or emails in a timely manner is not a good reflection on a company.
