I took my engagement ring into be sized on 12-31-22. The owner Sandy said it would be ready on 1-14-22. Since that day I have not been able reach anyone by phone or in person at store. I want my ring.Business response

On Jan 12 - they said I had COVD. On Jan 13 I got Olypus Infusion (COVID-19 Monoclonal Antiboty therapy) shot in my arm.
It made me sicker.
On Jan 22 2022 went to Jefferson Emergency Hospital in West Mifflin.
Put me in ICU for 5 days. Then up stairs in Home Care - for 7 days.
The sodium level finally went to 135 not 106.
Went Home on Feb 2.
On Feb 11-2022, Allo to drive again. Went to my store just to pick up taxes. So I could work on them at home for my tax man.
I talked to ****** ***** on phone that day, and told her what was going on.
I called you on Feb 14-2022 to let you know.
Hope to go to work March - 3-2022. I should be strong enough. I am partially retired only work only Thursday Friday and Sat. I love it. God Bless
