A month ago, on February 21st, 2022, I placed an online order, through the website of this firm, for two items, a roll of tape and a bottle of liquid adhesive. When the items arrived, I discovered the adhesive was damaged during shipment. The cold climates it traveled through froze the liquid adhesive, permanently hardening it. I called Customer Service at Brodart and was assured a credit would be issued to my credit card. I called them two weeks ago, as the credit hadn't been posted, and was told they're have staffing issues and they'd credit my money soon. Today, I attempted reaching them by phone again and, after two attempts with both times remaining on hold for ten minutes, I hung up. Please tell them to give me my money. The Sales Order number is ******; The catalog number for the adhesive that was damaged is ******** Bind-Art Flexible Adhesive. I paid them $6.24 for it.
