Wednesday, May 10, 2023: Paid $6,908 as a deposit for window replacement Payment was handed to a Sales Rep, ***** in the form of a check Tuesday, May 30, 2023: An employee of Ardmore completed the final measurements of the windows Friday, June 2, 2023: I approved a revised quote for the windows after the installers visit (cosmetic changes to some of the windows to include grids.)I paid $389 via credit card as a deposit for those changes. Tuesday, June 6, 2023: Ardmore sent me another quote, requesting another deposit. I sent an email to them asking why I received a new quote with a requirement of a new deposit. I also received a text message from the Sales Rep, ***** which I responded to. He did not respond to my text message. Wednesday, June 7, 2023: I sent a follow-up email inquiring about the new quote and deposit. Thursday, June 8, 2023: I sent a follow-up email inquiring about the new quote and deposit. Friday, June 9, 2023: I tried to call Ardmore and left a voice mail. There was no return call. Friday, June 9, 2023: I called Ardmore from a different phone; someone answered. They put me on hold and then told me they would have to check with the manufacturer and would call me back. I've not received a return call. Tuesday, June 13, 2023: I sent a follow-up email inquiring about the new quote and deposit.Business response

This issue has been resolved directly with client and materials have since been ordered. Windows are expected some time next week.Customer response
