Purchased a ring today. Completely over priced but came down tremendously. Should of been the first red flag. Then she says no refunds. Another red flag. We assumed no refunds meant once we had the ring sized. We left and within 10 mins we found something bigger, better and had proof of certified diamonds and lifetime warranty. Went back to Joseph's. Was told no refund even tho they still have the ring, it never left the store is not even resized yet. We tried all day to get in touch with the manager or owner. Finally reached someone and claimed they would call back and they never did. All we are asking for is our money back on something we do NOT even have yet.
