      Appointment was May 5, 2022, I went in for a full volume set of lash extensions. She was running a mothers day special where the price for the full set was $185, upon arriving she was late, and once she arrived she didn't start for another hour. She started my lashes, and once finished my lashes looked okay. They were very long but it was fine. After I went home several on my left eye fell out. And my right eye was in pain, I contacted her to let her know I lost the majority on my left eye. She offered for me to come in and get a fill. But our schedules were conflicting. In about a week my right eye was in enough pain I made an appointment elsewhere to have them removed. I went to Keyala Wild. When she started removing the lashes I was informed the woman from Bossladylashh glued the extensions to my eye lid on my left eye, and put so much glue on right eye that when we were finally able to get them off it took my actual eye lashes with them. My new lash lady said in the entirety of her doing lashes has she ever seen something so bad. I felt much better once they were removed. You can ask Karli from Keyala Wild about my lashes ************, I unfortunately don't have the picture anymore. But I am sure she can confirm what they looked like.

      This is not true. Yes i was late by 9 minutes she was my first appointment of the day & i was stuck in traffic which i called to inform her. When i got there she had to fill out consent forms like every new client does. Which takes a few minutes to complete. I have time stamp on text of arrival and when she was sent the forms via text. She was the most un pleasant customer i ever worked with . Her energy wasnt good. I didnt start a hr after i started when she completely the forms. I went ova lash styles and sizes like i do with every new client. Then i started by washing her lashes then started with application. She was happy with her lashes when i was done. She even called a few days later to book her 2 week fill . I check in with all sets so i textd her to see if everything was good with her lashes . She said yes.. & booked her fill appointment.. only problem was they was falling out on one side. Which i asked her if she slept on that side. A day or so before her fill which is 2 weeks from application she said she had to cancel cause her daughter had a drs appointment. Not one time in our conversation did she ever say that her eye hurt. If what she claims was true she wouldnt be able to go days let alone almost 2 weeks if the lash was glued to her eyelid. Thats not possible. I do not use to much glue or did i glue the extensions to her eyelid. Her eye would of bn red swollen and hurt every time she blinked and she wouldnt of bn able to drive home let alone go almost 2 weeks. Its bn almost a month for her to leave this complaint that is not true. She canceled her fill and said she was just going to let them fall out. I still have every text with me and her.


      I have policies no refund what so ever if you have a problem with 72 hrs of service will fix . The complaint is untrue & unfair. She had service on the 5 th but leaves a complaint almost a month later wanted her money back on a untrue complaint. Not one time did she ever mention to me about her eye hurting if what she claims was true she wouldnt of been able to go weeks with lashes glued to her eyelid. She even booked a 2 week fill days later.. Thats something that can not happen every time she blinked her eye it would of felt like someone stabbing her not to mention her eye would of swelled up and bn red. This complaint is not true.

      She is correct it took forever to fill out the paperwork, and yes I did set up for a fill because she texted me the next day and they were fine at that time  I added the picture of my eye that lost the majority of the lashes 5 days later I canceled the appointment  she offered to have me come in for a fill and yes I agreed. Like I said I thought I could deal with just fixing them but after a few more days my right eye was in pain. The under side of my lashes was painful it hurt to clean them because the brush was getting stuck Bc there was too much glue. By that point I used an excuse to just get out of the appointment all together Bc she did a terrible job. And as I said previously I made another appointment with keyala wild to have them taken off, I was then informed she used way to much glue on the right eye thats why it hurt. My left eye the lashes were glued to my actual eye lid. So she can say all she wants about how she didnt use that much but another lash tech said shes never seen something so bad.  And I waited this long Bc I wasnt going to say anything but my new lash woman told me I absolutely should complain. 

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
