I purchased a 2006 RAV4 and **** Was my salesman who was very helpful. When it came down to pricing that is when his manager stepped in. I was told it was a take it or leave it price. The vehicle was in good condition. They did take a few dollars off for something I noticed that was bad. My main concern was the engine that was in this vehicle Known for being defective. ***** Manager had said Theres only ****** miles on this Vehicle the motor and piston rings are good. Take my word for it. This vehicle is consuming 3 1/2 to 4 quarts of oil every thousand miles which would fail under their TSB testing. Unfortunately, my vehicle does not qualify to have that test done as I have purchased the vehicle after its expiration so I am stuck with a vehicle with a bad motor. At my first oil change, the service writers wouldnt even look at me for about 20 minutes and then someone pointed me into somebodys office to help me. I explained the issue I was having and they used a thicker viscosity oil than what the vehicle to slow down the consumption, but wouldnt even suggest that I talk to a salesman or manager about this Problem with the vehicle I just purchased. Hopefully this review will help you and where I stand is that I will never purchase another vehicle from that dealership again. It may be best to check out one of the other Toyota dealers around the area, and that was advised that was given to me that I did not take. I was contacted by ***** ***** and not the manager who just told me my last service date and since then no one has responded to an email and no one will allow me to speak to the owner who responded to an online review I wrote. They wont speak to me about the settlement they made with the state which I fell victim to.Review from krissy c

I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse and have had nothing but problems since it left the lot. I had transmition problems which I don't believe were fixed correctly and now my motor blew. I have called them several times to fix the issues with no positive results. Also the ***** since i bought it goes down by itself and has hit us in the head several times. They said was ordering the part and I follow up several times with same response and it never got fixed. Don't go to them ever!!!Review from Jeffrey G

I purchased a 2023 **** Transit from Grieco Toyota of *************** and have had nothing but problems after purchasing the vehicle. Grieco Toyota took my $30,000 trade in and the title for it and had me sign everything with the bank for the purchase of the **** Transit. A few days later the salesman called me up and said that I need to return the van I already purchased and paid in full because they dont have a title for it so they need to fill for a duplicate one. What is the reason they would do this in the first place dont they know if the know if they have the title. I told them that I already paid in full for the registration and taxes but they said it doesnt matter we need the van and you can get a rental vehicle for now. I told the manager that I need the van for business reasons and maybe a dealer plate would help more but I got nothing I wanted. I just want to make sure I dont lose anymore money because its been nothing but a hassle and hopefully I dont need a lawyer but it think it might be the right way to go.Review from Derick J

I have a 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. The display went black and stopped working about two months ago. I scheduled an appointment to fix the display which was today. One of the service advisors, ****, told me the part is no longer under warranty and the part would need to be paid for in full, by me, in order to place the order to get the part to begin with. I originally purchased the vehicle at Boch Toyota with a 20 year, ******* mile warranty, and was told that I can go to any Toyota dealership to get my service done without voiding warranty. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to ****** Toyota. My vehicle is a 2022 and just passed 50k. ****** Toyota refused to fix my display. It currently is in for airbag recalls as well. I have had nothing but problems with my 2022 Corolla Cross, and with dealing with Toyota dealerships across the board in the ** and ** area. Do your due diligence and likely go elsewhere.Review from ELIZABETH D

I dropped my vehicle off for a paint recall. When I went to pick it up, I walked around to check the paint job and couldn't believe what I was seeing. You can clearly see that the defected paint was not removed, and new paint was applied to the chipped areas. The black windshield edges had white paint on them. The hood area was not touched and still chipped. They also decided to use a white paint pen on ALL the scratches. My vehicle looked Horrible! I have a ********************* Avalon and the paint pen was white, which is not the same color. There is no way that a licensed, professional painter painted my vehicle. This was done by someone with as much paint experience as I have and that is NONE. I was extremely upset that no one looked over the job before calling me to pick up. I left the car there and contacted the Service Manager. He didn't understand why I was upset therefore I had my brother who is licensed in autobody speak to him directly. Almost 2 weeks later I did receive my vehicle in better condition however the inside of my windshield has a gritty film on it that doesn't wipe off. Was my windshield removed and somehow the topcoat got on it? I can't prove it, but it wasn't like that prior to me sending there.I have several pictures as proof.I also emailed Toyota and was advised that a customer relations person would contact me. I was told from the ********************** that they don't have a customer relations person and have yet to hear back from someone other than the Service Manager.Review from Christopher P

I purchased a vehicle after putting my information online. I received a text and a phone call within minutes. They were very helpful until the moment I gave my deposit. They stated the vehicle would be ready in one week which was great. Weeks later I still have not received the van, nor can I get anyone on the phone. The salesperson which was very responsive has stopped texting as soon as I questioned where the registration was. When I call the dealership, as soon as I mention the issue, I am transferred to at least 3 people then a mailbox only to never receive a return call. I received a notice from my insurance company cancelling my plan stating I don't have registration on vehicle in their possession. **************** is nonexistent, and they live up to the used car salesman name. I recently purchased a 2020 4x4 off road Toyota Tacoma that was advertised for $36,288.00 at the Grieco Toyota in ***************. So on day one 03/5/22 I took it for a ride and decided that I liked the vehicle so I told the salesman that I would purchase it without taking out a loan, I was going to pay it in cash and that's when all h*** broke loose! The salesman said if I wanted the car for that price, I would have to take out a loan which confused me, I said I'm paying for it with cash! And that's when I was told that the price was going to be much higher like $4,000 more if I didn't take out a loan, so I stormed out of the building and went home and slept on it.The next day 03/6/22 I called the dealer and told them that I really liked the pick-up and told them that I'll be trading a 2011 *** which I didn't want to do at the time but! It would keep my loan payment down until I paid it off, I was told I could pay it off as long as I made loan payments for at least 90 days 3 payments...That was wrong!! After agreeing on taking out a loan and trading in my *** the finance person told me I had to make four payments if I didn't want to get penalized so I just agreed so I could just get my truck and get out of there! I'm very disappointed, I'm 64 yrs. old and I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life.
