I brought a 100% ****** wool blanket in for dry cleaning. They washed it, instead of dry cleaning, which the blanket had a significant sized dry clean only tag sown into the blanket. The results were that the blanket shrunk and became matted. The owner was rude and obnoxious, refusing to reimburse me for the blanket. After calling the linen company for a replacement value, which they said would be between $300-$400, I also looked on line. There was only one blanket of equal value, it was $350. Because this was a gift from my son, it was especially upsetting. This owner was not the least interested in making their mistake right. I have pictures of the blanket, and the worker in the cleaners handing me the ruined blanket. The first picture is my blanket, second and third are only one I could find on line of same material, made in the same country as my blanket.Customer response
