Sold us a transmission with a 12 month warranty. It failed in less than two month. He said he would send a replacement and never did. He stopped communicating.Review from Sarita W

I Purchased a transmission from this business on ***** The transmission is useless and not working properly. Although it was after the time frame for **** to get involved, it came with a 1 year warranty. However the company would not provide the warranty information and ignored several messages sent to them. This company is unprofessional, a scam and does false advertisement on ***** **** continues to allow this company to sell on ***** This is poor representation of a business that shouldn't no longer be able to sell on ***** This company stole over $1700 from me! STAY AWAY from this company. **** should be ashame as well as they are no help to remove companies like this from their site!Review from Felipe A

Just received my order, NOT the engine I ordered. I ordered I engine with 73K miles. **** no ideal what this on has. Going to run the numbers and see what I come up with. These people are **** sellers and would suggest staying away from this business. It hard to find decent people these day and this seller isnt one. I hate giving bad reviews but others need to know!Review from rich r

Do not buy from this company. Paid for a used engine and it has a bad cyclinder right off get go. Left messages on emal, phone and text. No reply back. Would leave a -5 rating if it was available.Review from Michael C

Paid for a transmission with a one year warranty. Installed and verified by two independent shops before I reached out to seller. The seller had already blocked my number and when I reached out via my bosses number the messages went through. Responded once. Will not answer calls or messages on ***** I was willing to work this out like a gentleman as I wanted to make sure we were fair in the warranty process they were supposed to provide. I just want communication. Seller seems to help within the 30 day **** period where one can leave a review, and afterward leaves people hanging.No recourse through ****, as its outside of the 30 days. Cant leave a bad review to warn others, and outside searches show bad reviews with the same issue. They know how to play the game. I have reported them to *****Review from Austin H

I bought an engine from this company and had some questions and concerns I was helped and came to an agreement immediately. I have bought 100s of engines over a few years and never had a company go out the way to help me and my business. This is now the only company I will want to deal with. Rhode Island Driveline is the biggest rip off. Took me for $1800. Sent me a junk transmission. will not honor the stated warranty. and will not return calls or emails. Straight up scam artist. Robbed be over the internet. $1800 bucks gone.
