Dear **********************, ****** Marasco and ********************** including who it may concern.I have been receiving a number of slanderous comments, approximately a years worth of transcript Habeas statements regarding employees at the company who I hired to slandered me over exhibit197 statements about my disability. I took time to remind them that under receipt 2014-00037088 they correct their actions and the staff again on June 13th 2024 and on 5/3/2024 continued to repeat these words. I would like help getting the money I paid to the business back and would like no further contact from them.Business response

We are very surprised to have received this complaint, especially since we obtained a favorable result for this client. Our Firm has served over thirty-thousand clients over the course of twenty-five years, and this is only the second time we have ever received a Better Business Bureau complaint. We represent people in very challenging situations due to injuries whether sustained in an accident or as a result of medical malpractice. We also represent clients with physical and/or mental disabilities. Our Firm takes great pride in providing quality legal care to both previous and current clients, ensuring that every client is treated with the utmost respect and dignity. As a result of our attorney-client relationship and the confidentiality we offer all clients, we cannot delve into the specific challenges faced by our clients. Having said that, we can say that after obtaining a favorable result for this client, since 2021, we have refrained from any communication with this client, including phone calls, emails, or even sending newsletters, to this particular client.
This client has a history of filing several complaints, sending a steady stream of emails, and generally contacting the Firm with harassing and nonsensical comments. To maintain the integrity of our services and protect our staff, we have decided as a firm to no longer engage with this client. We believe that further engagement would only escalate the clients barrage of non-case related communications and commentary, detracting from the positive case resolution we have already achieved for this client.
