strange experience- filled out an online form. I received emails asking if I wanted to chat or have a call. I asked for a call. The first call came and when I picked up there was an answering machine recording me. I said hello and hung up. The second call dropped when I answered like a telemarketer getting cut off my my service. They gave me an 800 number to call but instead I called the number on their website. I got a recorded "hellllloooo" sounding like a person but without saying the company name or how may I help you. Not how a law firm answers their phone. I asked who I was speaking to and dead silence. I feel suspicious despite the ****** reviews.Review from Nancy S

I had a personal injury. Proof of injury with doctors with limited mobility. Photo from investigators from ****** Levine's team. Ongoing physical therapy with accrued bills. Told I had a case and has since been dropped from the law firm without warning. I am left high and dry with bills from physical therapy as well as doctors bills. I am in limbo and was told they would work will me till my case was resolved. I continued to update the firm with medical information. Very unprofessionalReview from Martin B

I really appreciated the hard work that this office did on my VA disability case. When we started, I was at 10% after I fought for years just for that. We're now at 100% and they are fighting to get me more backpay. I've had a great experience with them so far.Review from Robert M

DO NOT USE FOR VA benefits! They got my disability rating lowered by contesting effective dates on my disabilities, they received back pay from them and also filed for stuff I didnt want which triggered unnecessary exams that got me lowered by a lot! Basically they made money off me getting lowered and filed for things they didnt mention to me. Refused to get me back to the rating I started off with.Review from Erin L

If I could, I would rate them at a negative. I always had to initiate contact, they would NEVER contact me. They messed up my move and never filled out forms. When I asked to be released, they refused. Finally I was able to get them to release me, they did so, but refused to waive the fees because "they spent so much time and effort" on my case, which is a lie. This is nothing more than a mill who does nothing to earn their money.Review from Shan'ta P

This law firm is full of liars and scam artists.. they're lazy, rude and do not answer the phone.. they've done nothing to help me but sent a letter to the Social security administration claiming to be representing me..they WILL NOT get a free payday from me!! They're pathetic!! Don't waste your time with them.. you won't get anywhere. They should be shut down for being so shady. They're trash.Review from Douglas T.

So far I've received nothing but lies from this company in this attorney. I'm a veteran trying to get my claim upgraded. They say they filed for my medical records and personnel records from the military. You noticed I said they said they filed for it. After contacting the veterans administration to find out why why we haven't received my medical records or my personnel records I was informed that they never received a request for said records...... I get excuse after excuse after excuse from various people this previous people that supposedly work in this office and I'm starting to doubt that this is even a law firm.Review from Nancy F.

I found this firm online to file for social security..they were amazing.i signed up online then shortly after had to fill out some paperwork that was emailed to me. Once it was sent back by 3 months later i had been approved and recieved my first check. After spending years not only trying on my own to file.then had an attorney friend try to help. After having to sit in front of judges and be told ridiculous things about why i was denied. Things that were completely impossible and unrealistic and unreasonable things.i finally gave up .until rob levine. I am so grateful for what they did for me. For being so fast and so friendly when i did speak to them. They made the experience simple and super fast for me rather than the grueling experience i went thru previously..cant say enough how amazing they were. Thank you for everything rob levine and associates.
