I am seeking a refund for $595.00 for a contract for quarterly Testing and Maintenance of a Fire Alarm Detection Equipment. The contract was signed on June 7, 2022. I am seeking a refund because the contract was entered into agreement fraudulently due to the fact that we do not have a Fire Alarm for them to monitor yet. I asked this company multiple times to get a quote for a Fire Alarm which they never produced but they eagerly had me sign a contract for monitoring a system that did not exist yet. They stopped by our office building, took pictures, etc. to get back to me with a quote for a Fire Alarm system and they never gave me one after I asked for months to provide a quote.Customer response

The company has reached out to me and said they are sending a refund. However, I have NOT received as refund as of 1/16/23. So the complaint has not been satisfied as of yet.
