In December of this year around the 20th I went to have lashes applied at Kalaya wild, within 24 hours the lashes had fallen out (for the 2nd time) they refused to refund me my money, and instead offered to reinstall the lashes that had failed twice prior. Therefore I had no lashes for Christmas and I was out almost $200.Business response

Hello, myself ******* the owner and two members of my staff have spoken to **** in regards to several services shes had done. We came to a conclusion after already discounting Two Full Sets as well as offering free services for touch *** in which one was completely for free and the other was denied. We feel that after not just one provider but two have provided the same service with the same outcome, we felt that she was not a good fit for eyelash extensions due to at ************* is not normal to have all of the extensions fall out the next day. Please note that this is a service that takes hours to complete and are not always a good fit for people as the at home care and lifestyle change is important. The two providers offering these services are licensed and have years of experience. We felt that if one provider couldnt help her then we would try another, and as stated above, the same outcome. We do our best as providers as providing free aftercare kits, as well as thoroughly explaining the aftercare process before the client leaves. As an owner of a small business salon, where the employees only get paid a percentage of their sales, I felt that after trying to resolve this issue with free and discounted services, a refund for a discounted service she received, would not be necessary. Multiple services were in fact completed, discounted and free. There is nothing more I can do to help this women. We have not one bad review in which this is a first and she is bashing us on social media still demanding a refund. A refund isnt necessary as the services have already been FREE, DISCOUNTED, AND COMPLETED with two different providers. Attached are conversations with ****, itll only allow me to upload 5 but I have several more. I would also like to explain some feedback Ive had from both providers that during her service she would complain about people, other local businesses and how she works the system of the state to receive money for her kids. I believe that from after gathering all this knowledge, I feel that this is a person just looking for free services and money back.
