Purchased bedroom suite back in January. Took forever for furniture to come in. Bed, and night stands were delivered back in May, bed was damaged. While delivering my furniture they damaged my headboard, footboard, damage to walls and stairs. I was told that someone would be out to repair it, after multiple calls no one has been out to repair walls and stirs that was damaged. Sent in a quote to have it fixed still nothing. My walls and floors are still unfixed. Damage to food board of bed I was given a price adjustment. damage to headboard, they repressed but it has been on back order. I’ve talked to them and told them O do not want a new headboard, I’m afraid they will do more damage to my walls and stairs. They were suppose to give me a credit for damage… I’ve not seen that either. My chest is still on back order suppose to be here mid august. I was told back in January that this furniture would be completely in 6 weeks didn’t happen. They said it would not be discontinued. I’ve been waiting on the chest since January and the furniture has been discontinued. Hopefully they will get it here by august and it will not be damaged. I’m tired of all the lies and run around. Still waiting on chest, floors and walls to be fixed and a price adjustment on headboard.Customer response
