I did an online order for a sandwich from this business. I went to pick it up during my lunch break, upon returning back to my office, I noticed I received the wrong item. I called, spoke with said manager (******** who laughed and was very rude and inconsiderate, after I explained my issue, and stated “well just come get another one.” If it was that easy, that’s exactly what I would’ve done, but in this thing called life, ppl have careers and can’t just disregard a delegated “lunchtime.” I informed her that I was inconvenienced, and Tuesdays per the emails and text, there’s free delivery. She told me I would need to contact Doordash they have nothing to do with that. I asked for the GM or District Manager, she again laughed, and said “there’s no one higher than me.” She was on a recorded line during our interaction, so I simply hung up on her and contacted another store in Beaufort, SC to obtain the District Manager info. At approximately 1816 I received a call from a man by the name of ******* He didn’t even seem enthused to be speaking to me, but I continued the conversation. He said he was the Marketing Manager, I didn’t ask for him, so truthfully he had no reason to even contact me! He said “I was told you received a refund and when you came back in today (1730) you were made another sandwich, do you have anything else for me? I was like no, and then, he said is it true you asked for ******* and said you were going to punch her in the mouth? I told him no, and he said okay do you have anything else for me? Being as though I never asked for him to contact me, I had absolutely nothing to say to him and for him to ask me if I said I would punch someone over a sandwich is absolutely absurd, it’s never that serious!!! I had to waste my gas 2x going to this location, the least I could’ve received were some Shore Points and an APOLOGY, which is FREE! I also want the District Manager, not someone in marketing! Photos of the turkey sandwich I ordered and did not get!
