      I own a mechanic shop in Florida, *** ****** Shop, Inc. I bought an engine at the beginning of the year form this company and had to wait over a month for shipping when they said it was in stock and ready to ship. I had a lift down all that time waiting for them when I could have been working on other vehicles. When I finally received it and installed it, it showed to be defective smoking and not running. Their policy says they will replace it or give me a full refund if they don't have a replacement. They didn't have the replacement and don't want to refund my $5000 dollars. I called in a nice way to resolve the issue and was yelled very rudely and unprofessional. The staff Danielle and Cathy said they didn't care about my issue and they were not returning my money. It is on their policy when purchasing from them, they owe me my money. Their customer service and quality of service overall is unacceptable when conducting business. Unprofessional and very disrespectful is an understatement. I checked the company's reviews to see if this was something that they do all the time and sure enough, I read over 350 reviews with the same complaint. They sell parts only to scam and steal the customers money. They also want to charge me an additional $1,000.00 if I call my credit card to complaint and file a claim and do a chargeback to try to recover my money. I believe that is illegal to do. They are scamming people and stealing the money from customers. This company is a fraud and should be investigated to help all the customers that have been a victim of losing money and for illegal doing. I am not the only one that has this opinion. Google has over 350 reviews the same as mine. This company should be shut down. I've attached documentation to support my claim and also the payment proof and refund policy. Thank you.
