I order a chain for $213.60 and they said it will be sent 7-10 business days that was on Feb 16th 2022. I have reached out with multiple emails and not getting response from them.Business response

I placed an order for two charms and two rope chains from this business, on July 9, 2021. I have placed many orders with this business, and referred this business to many of my friends. However, when I placed the order for two customs pendants with two rope chains only one rope chain was sent in the mail. I immediately sent an email, asking for a refund for the chain that they didn't send, and received no answer. I tried to call multiple times and never got an answer. I just wanted the refund for the chain they never sent. It has been over 4 months and multiple attempts to contact them e their website, as well as directly emailing them, and calling them with no answer or refund. The whole order cost $278.40, both rope chains totaling to 114.00, I was originally asking for either the chain to be shipped or a refund but now all I want is my $57.00 back considering I never received the chain or even an answer from this company. My order number is #OGXXXXX
