On 10/11/22 we were notified that our golf cart from Cartmartplus out of Florida was being shipped and would be at our address on 10/17/22. We have been trying to get our cart delivered but were told it was being held for $900 payment of Customs order. Also, that we had to pay $1000 for insurance. After much back and forth, we finally paid the money. Then we were told we had to pay $350 for the driver to deliver the cart. So, again, paid. As of this time, we are now being told the driver had an accident, the cart has to go to another truck and the company wants us to pay for that transfer. We refused! We asked for the insurance information, as they say the cart is damaged, the accident and police reports and any information they could give us, including where the cart is now. We have yet to have anything other than they want to resolve this issue, but refuse to deliver the cart. We filed with the BBB against CartMartPlus in Florida, but feel we also need to file with South Carolina. We are tired of dealing with these disreputable companies.Customer response

Shiptar contacted us demanding another $350 or we'd not get our cart.
I've attached the messages via screen shot so you can see how "I seriously" they take this complaint.
