My wife was in Wildwood Downs Skilled Nursing Facility from July 2021 through October 2021 when she passed away. I paid Wildwood Downs Skilled Nursing Facility in full ($ 31,200.13) for her skilled nursing care and then found out that they are an "in network" facility covered by her insurance. When I found this out in October 2021 I immediately requested that they bill the insurance company so I could be refunded some of the money I had paid. I have placed many calls to Wildwood Downs and spoken with multiple people, I also made a trip there and to this date that has not happened. I am asking that Wildwood Downs Skilled Nursing Facility invoice ****** Health immediately, they are given a 12 month time frame to bill and it has been 6 months.Business response

I will meet with Medical Billing and review information provided by the requestor. We will provide an update by noon on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
