I placed my order with this company on August 22nd at 10 o'clock at night. This order was $97.35 I paid for shipping overnight for $32.35 I spoke to Abby on the 23rd letting her know that I didn't see my order being shipped and she told me that the order was done late at night and they were not working that it would be done the next day. Now I see that the order was not done until the 24th I paid for 1 day delivery which was $32.35 I explained to Abby when I spoke To her that I needed these drops from my wedding on the 27th I'm elderly and my eyes are kind of droopy and they hope I want to look my best on my wedding day. I tried to speak to her on her website however the website is hard to use is very glitchy so I sent her another text message which she never answered. I see now that while I paid for the shipment to be sent 1 day now I see that I'm gonna get my delivery on the 27th on the day that I get married with Haynes I probably will not get it on time. I paid for overnight because I needed these drops and she has completely ruined it I am not gonna look my best and I am not gonna look feel my best on my wedding day. I'm extremely upset please help thank you. Unfortunately the whole conversation is gone I didn't realize that I should have taken a picture of it until today when she was very angry that I That she hadn't mailed out my order on the 22nd and I spoke to her on the 23rd you can see on the picture and she still didn't send it out until the 24th when I told her that I had paid for my wedding on the 27th I will not get this item on time. Hi, this is Totality Skincare and Totality Medispa. This customers order was placed on August 22nd as she stated, and we did get it packaged up and dropped off at UPS on the 23rd. UPS did not scan it in until the following day the 24th. Her package has now been delivered today the 26th, so this is still before her date of needing it on the 27th. Our website states to please allow a processing time for all packages, since her order was placed at 10:00 pm on the 22nd we did not get to her order until the following morning as we do not work as 10:00 at night. Also, the shipping she purchased does not allow Sunday delivery, had it allowed that she probably would have got her package yesterday the 25th instead of today the 26th. With this all being said our company handled this package exactly how we could and got it to the customer before the 27th (the date the customer needed it). We can send in all proof if needed, thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting Abigail’s response because while it’s true that their office is not open at 10:00 p.m. Placed my order I did pay for overnight and I don’t see anywhere where it said that it wouldn’t be deliver on Sunday Hence, I paid for overnight and I did not receive it on the 24th it was delivered on the 26th, it was still not overnight, which is what I paid for not counting the Stress that I was under because of the fact that the shipping had said it would get here on the 27th at 6 pm. Of course she will do and say anything to cover her bases. It’s her business I get it but I am the consumer and she is still not correct in her actions and not caring that she put me under so much stress Because I needed the drops on my wedding day,even though I did receive them on time I still payed for the One day shipping.She’s not mentioning the fact that I did pay for overnight shipping, Or taken into consideration how this made me feel doesn’t matter to her in anyway whatsoever. The fact is that she is fraudulent if you say overnight shipping, then it should be overnight shipping, Not two or three days later. I am hoping to put in a complaint because this may help the next person who purchases from this company and something similar or different may happen, but I think she need to be held accountable for her Wrong doing.

Hi, apologies for the disconnect here on shipping timeline. We understand that it is implied if you order after 5pm, order will be shipped next day, and weekends do not count as business days. We wish you the best.
