Price for FFL transfer is 3Xs other FFLs. I transferred 3 firearms and they were "generous" to give me $20 off. Their excuse for gauging so much is they have to "use the system" to look up my information. I.e. open the box and read the invoice!Business response

All of our rates are posted on our website, including the transfer fees charged to this individual. His lack of due diligence is not our issue. As fas as claiming our rates are 3X what others charge, and that we are "price gauging", it is hard to respond as I am not sure what price gauging is? However, our prices have been set at our current rates for over two years. Lack of due diligence on the part of a customer is not our issue. If he could have had the service performed elsewhere he had every right to do so. We have had issues with this customer before and this is probably due to us asking him to not return to our facility becuase of his poor attitude and being unsafe with firearms.
While I appreciate what the BBB does, this is a bogus complaint and an absolute waste of our time and effort.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have never operated a firearm at this location nor have they asked me not to return. More lies and libel from the price gouging business.They charge double the transfer fee if the customer does not go digging on their website to fill out a form that includes information that cannot be obtained from a 3rd party business/individual who is sending a firearm for an FFL transfer.
I Could have checked ahead of time but never expected this place of "business" to price ***** which is defined as "Price gouging is the practice of increasing the prices of goods, services, or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair"
They do not need to ask me not to come back as I have already made the decision on my own to not do any further business with these crooks!
Their usual response to complaints are that they have banned the customer for unsafe use of firearms. This is blatantly false and pure libel on their part and opens them up for very costly litigation.
