      This place is an absolute scam! They harass people and slow play customers until they tack on late fees then want to set it up online for a person to pay their bill! They told me several times I couldn’t set up an online payment because I wouldn’t tell them my entire social security number over the phone…it’s written on the back of the check HELLO! So I told them I would verify my last six numbers and they do the math and add the first three on the back of the check. These ignorant people harassed my employer and my husband multiple times even after I told them NOT TO DO THAT!! Now that my payment is considered late, they send me a letter in the mail telling me how to set up my online payments along with a referral card to give to someone I know! Ha I wouldn’t recommend this place to a total enemy! I hate to be the one to let these jerks know, but I’m not paying a single dollar in late fees! I’m prepared to go to court if need be. I’ve had three other loans through various companies and they are all paid off in full, they make their process simple unlike this company! I never received a single piece of paper from this lame place until July with instructions on setting up the online payment process, my payment was due on June 31. Total scammers and the chicks working in the cookeville Tennessee office are total assholes!! Do yourself a favor people, do not ever set yourself up for a shit show by dealing with these people!!

      Staff was very rude and disrespectful. Was very difficult to understand what was being said and when I was trying to say I didn’t recall having an account with them, the response was “how you don’t remember cashing a check”? Once I recalled the account and explained how rude that was, I requested to speak with a manager. When the manager got on the phone, she immediately got on with the same attitude immediately asking about the account. I had to ask if I was speaking to a manager and when she responded yes I proceeded to explain the situation to with she cut me off and saying “I’ll talk to her, so what about your account”? At that point I began questioning the overall customer service since we are now 2/2 employees being rude. The manager then stated “I was sitting right here and she didn’t say anything rude”. I then repeated back what was said to which there was a pause then a “ok, so what about your account”. The argument when back and forth to with the manager continued to allow it to escalate. The level of unprofessionalism from this establishment is astounding. Especially with a manager who was so happy to say “I’ve worked here for 30+ years”. Maybe out with the old and in with some new? New training? I will not be doing business again with this company and will do everything within my means to ensure no one I come in contact with does either.

      Some staff members are just flat out rude !!!! I was doing good paying every month on time and I was going through a rough time for about 3 months dealing with a family member not doing good and I wasn't working as much and told them that I promise I would catch my stuff up that I can pay little at a time. The lady proceed to say well we still need a payment in a rude tone . I told her how can I pay if I don't have enough money and my car was messed up as well . She then said I don't know but I know you have money and a way up here to pay us . The fact that she didn't know what I was dealing with and going through already at that time and with her being rude to me made it worse . I told her my car was messed up that i couldnt come up there and I said mam you don't know me or my life and what im going through she said i dont want to know you or know what your going through we just need to talk about this payment . I statyed to explain why i dont have the money and She then said well have a good day and then hung up on me when I was trying to explain a situation or a payment plan that I could do to at least pay yall something . And with her rudeness I don't even want to pay a dime anymore . By the way she treated me and talked to me especially when I was dealing with a lot of personal issues at that time with family and I was trying to work something out with her and she was flat out rude. I think you need to get a whole new staff and management in there to be honest.

      I am a 69y/o 100% Disabled Veteran and tend to do most of my business over the phone. When I get my VA Disability Pay I call loan places and make payments using a debit card. I called to make the May 2024 payment and was told the system was down. I called the next day, several days later and even a week later and they claim their system is still down. While out taking care of another problem, I went to the office in Columbus, Georgia. Young lady greeted me courteously and I appreciated it. I told her I needed to make a payment and she asked how was I going to make it. I told her with my debit card. Another lady was walking around with a head-set on and the young lady looked at her. She then told me their system was down and at that time they were only take cash or money orders. I looked at her and then she stated she was sorry for any inconvenience. I got angry but only asked for the number to the main office. I went to my car and called the number and it was the number to their legal department. I explained the situation and another young lady on the phone told me the same thing, their system was down. I told her I had just paid another Business next door to them and it was over the phone. She repeated their system was down. I've been paying them with a debit card at least two years or more but now they only wants cash. I thought, if they're going out of business or something why not just tell us! And on top of this I'm told I will be charged late payments!!

      My husband and I did our taxes with Credit Central and paid $522.00 for a simple W-2 and SSA-1099 with no deductions. Starting at $394.00 for just filing they have an underhanded way of preparing taxes & not letting customers know about the numerous fees. Do we regret going there 1000% we do!!! And the regional manager tried to convince me that's what everyone charges. Nope! *** ***** said $150 so did Jackson H***** and ******* ***. There is a $39 fee for an advance with payment up to a certain amount. Credit Central is a loan company. They should leave taxes to the professionals.

      Very unprofessional!!! They called me to collect a payment and got my voicemail. It had a emergency contact that I work with. Then they called and left him a voicemail. By the way he is not on my list of references. I completely understand doing your job and calling myself and references but when you start pulling random numbers that I work with is a problem. I have already called Tanya who works at the location (Bessemer AL) I used and left a VM with my coworker. I tried to explain what happened and she was very unprofessional! All she wanted to do is argue and act like she was calling my references. I explained to her that I officially no longer give them permission to call any one of my references or anyone I know. She has no sense of customer service and has no business EVER being in any customer service industry! She should be fired! Absolute joke! Negative stars if possible. I have the voicemail and I will be filing a complaint directly through the company as well as with anyone who will listen!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO BESSEMER CREDIT CENTRAL!!!!!!!!!

      The absolute worst place to deal with. Constant workplace harassment - calling from different numbers is one thing, but rudely yelling at me, coping an attitude, and threatening garnishment is the most UNPROFESSIONAL I have ever dealt with. As I said before, when I am able to make a payment, I will. I never told them to constantly call my phone or my workplace, matter of fact, I never gave them permission to. I am not playing phone tag as I have done with them before, only to hit a constant ring. I don't have the patience for childish antics!

      I’ve been a customer for a long time. Recently I’ve fallen behind on payments and they have worked with me and I appreciate it. With that being said, they are calling my supervisor and leaving messages and going through a scrubber system to contact family members out of state. I’ll be glad to get them paid off!

      If I could give a minus 5 I would, I paid my loan off in 2019, but it stayed on my credit as delinquent, I called them about it and they said I never paid it off. But I was ding through an ok shoe box of receipts I have and I found it… who do I show this paid in full credit central receipt to so I can get this off my credit???
