Date of Transaction: 2/15/2023 The amount of money you paid to the business: $8,162.75 What the business committed to provide you: .338 Lapua Magnum, Short Stroke Piston System MK-18 Mjolnir, 20” Barrell What the nature of the dispute is: at the time of the complaint, it has been 14 months since the order was placed. On the sales order, it is indicated there is a 120 day "Term" period. I have reached out several times via email asking is there has been any updates on the order with no response. The last email I received is dated 07/26/2023 stating they would get back to me later that day regarding the status of my order. I sent an email 04/11/2024 canceling the order since there has been no communication. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: I have received no emails or phone calls in regards to the progress of the order, or the cancellation.
