I scheduled an appointment for August 12, 2024, 11 AM with Dipple tech to fix a problem that has existed for years. I was determined to get it fixed permanently. It was intermittent ******* ********** error 04 (locked router). The thermostat is always set to 77 and was working fine. After the error occurred the fan would continue running but the compressor was not operating so no cooling. This could be reset to normal only by switching off the AC circuit breaker in the garage. You had to be home and notice high temp in house and go to garage to toggle the circuit breaker. Tech falsely diagnosed an inoperative thermostat and would not look at anything else until I paid him for a new termostat install.Customer response

My complaint against Dipple Plumbing has been resolved. Amazingly fast response from Dipple.
