I keep receiving creepy, predatory photos of our home in the mail and want it to STOP. This type of business practice needs to be illegal.Business response

We sincerely appreciate you sharing your feedback with us, and we want to address your concerns regarding the postcards you received. Immediate action has been taken to remove your name from all our CRM systems. We recognize the importance of respecting your preferences and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Additionally, we want to express our regret for any discomfort caused by what you describe as "creepy, predatory photos." We never intend to make you feel uneasy, and we apologize for any unintentional negative impact.

This company took a photo of my home without my knowledge, then printed it and put it on a flyer, and put it in my mailbox advertising an "all cash offer". I would NEVER sell to a business that disrespects my privacy. It made me feel so uncomfortable!Business response
