The Beemer team did a great job on my roof repair and checkup!!

Good work deserves a good review. We live on a mountain and have frequent strong winds. Recently, we noticed strips of shingle on our deck and yard. We called our original roofer and learned he had retired. One was recommended by a friend, but they only do major jobs. Our roof was basically in good shape, so this would be a "small" job. After checking the BBB web site for accredited roofers, we called Beemer KangaRoof. They were close, had an A+ rating, and good reviews. Allie took our call, and scheduled Robert to come and diagnose our problem. Two emails followed. The first from Allie with details of the appointment and what to expect. The second was from Robert with his photograph. That impressed us. The next day Allie called and said Robert's wife had a baby, and he would be taking some personal time. That really impressed us. A small company giving personal time to the father is refreshing. The next day we received an email and photo from Patrick with details of his appointment. He was right on time, diagnosed your problem, took photos, and presented options, and pricing. Denny and a helper did the actual repairs. Again, right on time. Explained what was needed, did the work required, plus put additional sealant on other potential trouble spots. Their cleanup was thorough. We will certainly call Beemer the next time we have roofing needs.

Ruly B. I decided that it was time to have a new roof installed. Mine was 20 years old and of lately shingles were missing. After doing some research and word of moth Beemer Kangaroof, was .highly recommended and they became my choice. From the time that I contacted them, from Chad ; who came to my home to show me products, prices and all the information needed. at no time , was I pressured to close a deal. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Chad got on the roof and informed me of my roof's condition. was . I decided to have the work done. The installing crew , was on time, did an excellent job. I was surprised, I had nothing to clean. Alex the crew supervisor was at my call and answered all my questions. I was at ease from beginning to end. Chad came after the roof was finished, He checked the work to be sure that everything was done properly. Over the past few years, several really bad storms had come through my area in Anderson and I was fairly certain I had at least some damage to my roof. Other homes in my neighborhood have gotten new roofs during this time. Chad M***** came out to inspect the roof. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Upon inspection, Chad explained to me that my roof was in good condition and actually had several years left on it. While there was a few very small defects, not enough to attempt to file a claim with my home owners insurance. Chad did find a couple exposed nail heads and took the time to seal them for me at no charge even though the roof isn't getting redone at this time! The experience was very pleasant and when it is time to get the roof replaced, I will be calling this company and hopefully Chad will be heading up the project! Regards, ***** **
