On 12/28/2022 I had this company come out to fix a busted pipe that happened during the winter storm we had. They got out to the house and said there was multiple leaks under the house. I’ve only ever known of the one. Well I got them to fix the other 2 leaks they said there was. Had to pay 418$ just for 1 busted pipe. Before they went under the house and done anything we had phenomenal water pressure, and steaming hot, hot water. Now that they’ve went under the house and “fixed” the issue we have no water pressure and NO hot water at ALL. The hot turned all the way to hot is ice cold. So I call them to come back to fix the issue and was simply told they would send him back out. They done nothing but tell me it would be that way unless I replace all of my pipes which is 4500$ whenever I never had the issue before. And also told me I had to pay 80$ more for them coming back out to do nothing at all but tell me I need to spend more money on their services. None of my needs were met. I feel I was and am getting taken advantage of because they see I’m in need and want to get me for all my money. I paid 418$ expecting my water to be back normal and it’s worse than it’s been and I’ve lived in this house for 10 years. They tried blaming my hot water heater for the issue on not having hot water. But my hot water heater is brand new and has been checked and there is no issue with it. Then they tried to tell me I’d have to buy a brand new one of those as well. Again trying to get more and more money from me.Business response
