Appreciate Rush getting us in for a diagnostic early in the morning. Guys who came were friendly, but quickly rushed out of here. $99 service charge is a lot considering I’m about to spend approximately $9,000 for a new unit.Review from James P

Thanks to Erik, squeezing us in (while working on another job near by), we now have our A/C repaired. This also saved us an after hours fee. On top of that, Erik checked to see if the unit was still under warranty, and it was! In this hot weather, with a house full of guest’s for the 4th of July, having the A/C stop working is not good! This is the second time Rush has worked on our heat/air unit, and we are very grateful to have such great service. We know who to call for any future repairs. In fact, we signed up for the yearly maintenance schedule. Thank you Erik, and the Rush Heating And Air team!??

The process was very easy. Had 2 new HVAC units replaced. From the office to the install crew were very professional. Well informed on dates and time. Awesome customer service. Within 30 minutes of making the call the technician was on site. Very knowledgeable about the MITSUBISHI air/heat unit. Cleaned the drain and cleaned all inside portions.
