      I bought an alternator from them (Order Number: ******), it disintegrated after being on the car for approx. 13months. Ordered late sept 2022, took 3 or 4 weeks to arrive, and was installed a few weeks after that. Started failing in November 2023, a whine had developed. Alternator completely failed early march 2024. My mechanic replaced the alternator, and stated that it was a generic or budge alternator that merely had a smaller pulley installed to increase speed and amperage. This caused the non-upgraded bearings in the alternator to fail dramatically premature. I described the situation to the company and they state they will not offer any refund, but would repair the unit if I pay to send it to them. I seek a partial or full refund, this product is clearly designed to last until JUST barely beyond the warranty period. The offer to repair is a useless offer, as I would need to wait weeks or months for them to receive, repair, and send back while I have no operating car. This company does not state that the alternators should be expected to have a severely reduced operating lifespan, the prior (non JS unit) lasted for 10 years and 120,000mi, this JS unit lasted 13 months and less than 10,00mi. They are claiming because the order was placed more than 12 months ago they have no liability.

Looking upon your recent contact form with us, resolution steeps have been taken to repair the alternator under your warranty. We also sent out a return label to the email on file. Due to our warranty and policy's your alternator is not eligible for refund. I have included a link to our warranty page. *****************************************

      Ordered alternator and it came broken so they sent parts 4 me 2 fix it and it don't fit my car

      Order ***** - This customer service has to be the worst I've experienced in my life. Over 2 days almost 40 calls and no one picks up, 3 emails & 1 ******** message. No contact at all. I got my alternator shipped in a timely manner but they did not ship it with the Harness Plug. My mechanic was able to get in contact with someone on Monday and the person stated they would ship a Harness Plug with 2 day shipping. It is now Friday! What's the point of having a contact number when no one picks up? I was about to purchase another Alternator from them for my other car but with this experience I will be going elsewhere!

      This item they sent me does not work properly. The shop that put it in stated they had to put my old alternator back in my car because this one does not work properly. The check charging system light comes on with this alternator in my car. It was stated that it is not pushing the amperage required to run my car and that the alternator lists that it pushes 400amps and it does does not actually push out 400. I have contacted the store several time. I received the alternator on the September 3, 2022 because of the holiday I had to wait until September 6, 2022 for the shop to put it in. I contact the company by email on September 6, 2022 to tell them the alternator does not work properly and to request the return and refund. They stated that I should put in a request online. I did the return and refund request online as they directed on September 8, 2022. I contacted them on September 12, 2022 to follow up telling them because I had not received any info on my return status. They contacted me back stating they were not seeing a return request and asked me several question. I gave them the information they requested and then on September 14 they requested pictures of the alternator. I including requesting pictures . I was out of town and when I return September 17, 2022 I sent the pictures they requested. I then followed up with them on September 21, 2022 requesting a status because I still had not received any information from them. I have still yet to receive any response from their company since September 14, 2022. It has been just over a week. I have called there phone numbers several times both ************** and no one ever answers and no matter what extension you choose it always tells you to go to the website. The ************ no one ever picks up and the voicemail box is full. It says to text but then no one return the the text either. No one ever answers the chat I want a refund! I cannot use the alternator as it does not work properly. Please help.

      I order a alternator and the paperwork clearly states that it was for 2004-2011 crown Victoria. My car is 2003. I order a 2003 alternator and nobody to talk. They say email or text only. (Red flag) I want a refund and no return label provided yet. Bad business....
