My vehicle was taken to Lewis Automotive by the dealership in which I purchased the car, ****** **** of Easley, to Repair the transmission under warranty. Within a couple of days after getting the car back I noticed that the transmission was leaking fluid yet again. After many attempts to have the leak repaired the only option I was ever given by Lewis Automotive was to bring the car up there and drop it off and they would get to it when they could. Being a single mom with four children as well as a small business owner myself, losing my vehicle for days on end is not something that is possible for me . After running into even more issues with the vehicle, it was noticed that the transmission was not only leaking fluid but it was also missing multiple bolts and was held together by some sort of sealant in an attempt to prevent leakage. When brought to the attention of the shop owner, he simply refused to work on the transmission and had my car towed somewhere else.
