Marion County Environmental Services standard office practice is to have a customer sign and return an Uninhabited Exemption Form when notified a property is vacant The customer is advised to sign and return the form to stop the billing. Secondly, the trash cart would have been picked up and the customer would have been advised to place the cart at the road for pickup by our contractor because we do not go on private property. Marion County never received a request from anyone to have the cart picked up. Therefore, the account continued to bill out monthly and the cart was never picked up; all charges will remain due to Marion County Environmental Services. Marion County is charged for the cart count and paid out money for services because; we did NOT receive notification, which is printed on the back of each monthly invoice. " IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR PROPERTY IS BEING BILLED IN ERROR, IT SHALL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROPERTY NOTIFIY THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OFFICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. SERVICE BILLED PRIOR TO APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION SHALL CONTSITUTE A VIABLE DEBT AND FULLY COLLECTABLE UNDER ORDIANCE PROVISIONS. All charges will remain valid and due to Marion County Environmental Services.

I am rejecting this response because:Ive called several times and Ive yet to been told that a form was needed until now. I even talk to **** on the phone several times. No one owns the property so theres no one to turn in anything. When appointed Executor and I contacted you, nothing was advised at that time either.
Send the form to the address below and close out this account. Evidently, I cant trust what you or this department says. Please note that response is the final notification request to close this account and send ALL FORMS OR WHATEVER IS NEED to close this asap.
