I ordered a belt buckle online in Jan 2023. By March I had heard nothing so I emailed the company and was told that it would likely be 2 more weeks. I have yet to receive the merchandise. I have emailed the company for information multiple times with no response. I am seeking my buckle or a refund. I would estimate that 7-10 emails sent to all available email addresses for the company that I can find have gone unanswered. The original email order confirmation is copied below. I have placed 2 orders and have yet to receive the products. I have emailed and direct messaged on ********* numerous times and can not get a response. I can not locate my receipt from my March order, however, I have attached the receipt from April along with the credit card proof of my March and April purchases.
