      Hi I purchased two packages of ******* cheddar popcorn on September 1st. for $40.19 I followed up on September 6th to see when the items would ship and got no response. I followed up again on September 15th, at which point, the shipper did not respond, but changed the order status to "shipped." I received Uncle ******** popcorn directly from ****** two days later. When I asked for are a refund for receiving the wrong item, I was told that per their policy, they can ship a different item when something is out of stock. How ridiculous! First of all, it's not listed as out of stock on their website, and more importantly, I expect to receive the EXACT item that I ordered, not some random replacement from ****** that I could've ordered myself and NOT paid for shipping! I am completely outraged and I would like a refund as soon as possible!

      I ordered 2 Raspberry White Fudge Peanut Butter for $6.49 and 1 BNutty Raspberry White Chocolate Gourmet Peanut Butter - Gluten Free - Natural Peanut Butter - 12oz Jars - 3 Pack for $19.95 on July 3, 2024. The subtotal was $32.93 and the shipping came up to $11.77. The total that I pad for this order was $44.70. I called them at least 10 times, but no one would answer the phone, nor return any of the messages that I left. They responded to my email in the beginning to tell me that it was some delays and eventually told me that I could order something else. I told them that I waned a full refund. The status changed to refunded, however as of August 5, 2024, I still haven't receive any refund and they have stopped responding to my email. They are extremely unprofessional and all I want is my full refund of $44.70 , since I never received any items. Sincerely,**********************************

      Yes so on march 22nd I placed an order for a case of cream cheese stuffed pretzels and It was set to be shipped soon and that I would be receiving an email confirming the shipment and when I never heard back from them I decided to ****** the company only to find out that according to your site that the business was no longer operating and under further review I saw that they are frequent scammers and so I messaged them about the status of my order on April 17th about the status of my order only to be told that their was extended service delays and then they asked me if I wanted to cancel my order in which they replied and asked for my an email confirmation in which i replied with my email and so I figured everything was good and I asked them what the status of my refund was only to be ignored ?? So I reached out to my bank and disputed the charge in a total of 6 times only to each time be told that they couldn't do it due to "no error occurring"So I am like what the heck!!And so it's been about 2 1/2 -3 months and i have yet to receive my refund ?? and also I read on your site that this is something that they frequently do and when I showed my bank the complaints they still denied my dispute!!

      Hi I placed an order on their website on March 28th, Order #*****. I was charged for the order. I have requested status updates on shipping via email and contact on website, the order has stayed as awaiting shipment status. I have not been able to get a reply if the item will be shipping or if they will be issuing a refund. I would be happy with either.

      I ordered a product from this company that they no longer carry. I canceled my order and received an email back from them stating they canceled it. Upon reaching out to Sezzle, who keeps charging me, they said the business did not properly refund me and are being elusive. I tried to call the business but the number is not in working order. Sezzle refused to refund me until the company processes the refund properly.

      Ordered 2 lbs of pastrami on 12/7/23. I sent an email on 12/19 and they replied it should arrive 12/23. On 12/26 I sent an email asking for a tracking number with no response. 12/27 sent an email asking to cancel the order. Again, no response. I did a ****** search and tracked down the pastrami supplier and was told they were upgrading or something to their deli meat ***** and had not had any since the summer and expected none until sometime in ****. My Foodie City order number was *****. $63 for the product and $40 shipping

      I bought 2 purchases of cheese. I purchased 7oz on 11/29 and another on 12/11. I got the first shipment and it was opened and rancid. ******* refused refund. Told me to complain to foodie city who I purchased, but cannot get a hold of anyone at the company to cancel second order. Unresponsive via phone, email, chat, and text message to foodie city where I ordered from.

      I place an order 6/22/23 and my credit card was charged $75.80. After I followed up several times re its status, I canceled the order on 8/21/23. I have a transcript of the interaction with the company re its **************** refund. As of 11/2/23 I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I have tried to email, call, message, etc since August, and there has been zero response from the company.

      I placed an order (#*****) with this company (Foodie City Network), and they charged my card $253.54 but never shipped the product. I have left messages on their phone, sent emails and chatted with someone on the web site but they say the product was special order and I cannot get a refund. There is nowhere on the website where it says this product is a special order.They chat seems to be a computer that says the same thing over and over again.
