Last December we entered into a lease agreement for a HP Color LaserJet MFP E78830dn. We were uncertain whether we would signup for the service plan prior to delivery and decided to decline service. Pee Dee Office Solutions then sent an invoice for an additional cartridge of toner that we never received. The only toner that we received was the toner in the machine when it was delivered. We declined to pay that invoice because the product described in the invoice was not delivered to our office. 8 months later the printer is performing poorly and we cannot find any replacement toner cartridges. There is no supplier in our area except for Pee Dee Office Solutions. I have made multiple attempts to contact the owner, but I have been informed that they will not speak to me because we did not pay for the toner that was installed in the machine. That specific change in detail was not communicated with the initial invoice. We were told that the invoice was for a replacement cartridge that we did not receive. I am seeking a resolution with the owner who will not respond to my phone calls. The machine is leased, so they can work with us or take their machine back.Business response
