  They have not stopped calling and harassing me for the last 3 weeks. It's been 25+ blocked calls, I've contacted and tried to leave them a voicemail but they don't listen to their voicemail and they still continue to call me. I've been left no choice but to file a complaint. They leave me voicemails daily and I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP.

  Anyone that calls in and opts to receive further communications with us will receive our automated communications.

  Upon receiving a voicemail to stop contacting ****************** called him on my cell phone and explained that I would remove him from the system and if he had any further issues to call me on my personal cell.

  I ask that he please remove this complaint at we deal with these kinds of issues promptly and give them our full attention.

  I used to own a home in Myrtle Beach SC from 2019-2020, we have since sold the home legally and through a realtor. I started receiving form letters from this so-called business about wanting to buy my home at this old address (mailed to my new address). This letter states they want to buy my home (at my old address). When you call the telephone number it is ALWAYS a recording. No live persons answer ever I have tried on many occasions. I have emailed them and called a number on their website and nothing ever happens. I have left messages requesting to be removed from their mailing list and for a call back. No one calls back. I have since moved again, and they keep sending me the same letter, which is a cheap form printout, stating they want to buy the home in Myrtle Beach, which I clearly no longer own. This company is a scam, and has unprofessional practices. I never signed up for these letters but they continue almost 2 years later. I need BBBs help to stop this nonsense, I want my name and mailing address removed from their list and I want an apology for being completely rude by not answering my simple request from their company. I am frustrated enough to contact BBB for any attempt to get some justice. Please note that I have exhausted all attempts to contact them as their stupid letter says, by mail, email, and telephone numbers (2 to date, one on the letter and one on their website are both recorded messages. TERRIBLE! The numbers are XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX. The email address is ****@dhbmb.com.
