Date was July 25- July 28, 2022 I booked a family vacation for our family at castaway inn and upon arriving we checked out our "room"... paint peeling. A/c leaking. dirty sheets. Broken doors. Dirty carpets. But besides all of the cosmetic appearance the hotel had a horrible odor as well as bed bugs. It is a health hazard!!!! And no way we were going to stay there!!! They refuse to give a refund after the manager at the front desk told me to contact the reservation desk where I made the initial reservation. She assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and that once she recieved a fax from the business then they could process the refund. We feel cheated on a family vacation as well as our money.Initial Complaint

I was charged $70 to stay in a hotel that had male *********** on the unwashed sheets , dead bugs in the windows , green pool , expired fire extinguisher , cracked walls , hazardous outlets in the walls and the office did nothing about it
