Mack of all trades was subcontracted by Get floored whom I hired to replace my carpet and tile with vinyl plank flooring. They sent a guy who was adopted to replace the subfloor that was damaged due to tile being laid directly on the subfloor and the way it was removed. The guy mack of all trades sent did a terrible job. It took longer than expected and he had to go back twice because he didn't finish and tried to cover it up. Finally after 2 weeks he finally completed everything. Unfortunately he went under my home and cut the moisture barrier and left it hanging wide open. When contacted he stated he didn't have the tools to fix it correctly and couldn't even get back to the house for weeks. No one from Back of all trades will get back to us. This has been a disaster. They don't return calls. It took over 2 weeks to get a job done that was supposed to be 2 days and now there is more damage to my home. Everyone I spoke with asked"Why didn't he just go through the top since he had the subfloor up anyway. " I want the barrier repaired correctly by someone who is capable of repairing it and I want mack of all trades to pay for it. No one from there will return my call.Business response

We are currently working with ******* to rectify the situation. I think a big problem has been due to a lack of communication with whom we were subcontracted by and in turn too many hands have been on one project through subcontracts. We will and always honor any work we do and apologize to ******* for lack of communication up front, we were led to believe by our contractor that it was just going to be handled through another party. We do believe this complaint is a bit premature but we understand the frustrations of our client and respect their right to do what they feel necessary to protect their assets. In the end we will rectify the situation and make right with ***************
