Irresponsible. Went to have my taxes done as I wanted a CPA as I had just moved and sold my house so I wanted to make sure a professional prepared them. **** told me no problem and to provide last years taxes. She never asked for anything else. I kept stopping in once a week as it was getting closer to file date. Her assistant was always there who was very sweet and told me not to worry that everything would be done. At one point I took it upon myself to drop off important papers that I knew she would need. Week after week no communication other than her assistant telling me **** would be in touch. I stopped in week of April 10th. ***** assistant again said dont worry we will be here all weekend working on taxes. I go to office on April 17th and no one is there.I now go on 18th which is last day to file and again no one there but other people looking for her. Finally her assistant pulls up. She said she was away all weekend but thinks **** will call me today!!!!! I couldnt even talk. I was so upset. A nice lady I met awhile ago gave me the name of another CPA. I went to him early afternoon and asked if he could file my taxes. He said no problem. His name is ******************* and he was a lifesaver. He and his secretary was so fabulous telling me that everything will be alright. They kept in touch with me all day and told me all papers I would need and my taxes were done by 4 pm that day. I think her rating should be an F- No one should go to her. bsmith
