On 12/12/2022, I bought a necklace and custom stamped charm(s) from Maritime Supply Co. The photos on the website are great. The quality of what you receive -vs- the pictures on the website are the issue. The metal on the pendant is so thin, the stamping on the front shows through the back of the pendant. (photo attached) This is not the quality anyone would expect from an American business. I could have ordered at a larger jewelry retailer but chose to purchase from a USA based small business jewelry manufacturer instead. Maritime Supply Co. clearly states "custom orders are not returnable/refundable", as I mentioned their quality is substandard. This is where the fraud occurs. I added a 1 star review to the Maritime Supply Co website, (picture included) and my review was promptly removed. As a matter of fact, there are no bad reviews on any items on their website. It appears this company removes anything negative to protect themselves from criticism. Regards, RSS
