      I purchased a trash cabinet in February 2021. At that time, I was told it would take eight weeks for delivery. I began contacting the company at the 7 week mark to get confirmation of when it would be shipped. It took them several days to reply, but on March 28th they emailed to say it would be shipped the following week. A month went by with no communication and I reached back out on April 28th asking for an update on my order. They responded on May 8th that it would be shipped that week. Still I received nothing. I reached back out on May 25th and asked for a refund. They ignored my refund request and replied on May 30th that it was going to be shipped that week. I received the cabinet on June 13th and upon opening the box saw that the wood was split and it was damaged on the top. I immediately emailed and asked for them to pick it back up and give me a refund. I sent pictures of the cabinet. It is clear from the cracked wood that it was not a shipping issue because it was cracked right where they had put screws in the wood. They said they would file a claim with the shipping insurance company but that it would take time. I have emailed several times since then asking for my refund. They have been unresponsive. As of today, August 11th, I still have no response and no refund.

      I had a typo in my complaint.  I ordered the cabinet in February of 2023, not 2021.
