I received an order (order number 4124) on 4/22/24 and emailed ******** *** **** on 4/22 asking for a refund. They agreed, provided a return label, but have not issued the refund yet. I reached out on 5/21 and again on 6/5 asking about my refund. I was told the accounts department would get back to me by 6/6 the latest. It is 6/10 and I have not heard anything.Business response

We are writing to respond to the complaint submitted by ****** ******* regarding a refund for a purchase from ******** Pet Food. First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience ****** ******* may have experienced. We value our customers and strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
To provide a clear timeline of events:
Initial Complaint and Return Label: Upon receiving ******** initial complaint about being unhappy with the product, we immediately forwarded a prepaid return shipping label to her, free of charge.
Return Confirmation: We confirmed the receipt of the returned product and issued a refund on June 10, 2024. The refund was processed at 9:45 AM, as evidenced by our Shopify dashboard screenshots.
