**** over backwards to get a job done for him then never paid **.. have heard from multiple people he doesn't finish his work, so don't pay him till he's done.. oh and if you show his true colors he will show up to your house and try to fight youReview from Stefanie H

If I could leave 0 stars I would! He does not follow through with payment. Sets times to meet and don't show or ghosts you. When you call him out he says he is blocking you and cusses you out says he is going to *** you for trying to collect payment and holding him to his word. WORST contractor I've ever done work for!!!!Review from SV

Please take this advice. My family friends hired Dettmers Landscaping, *************************, to remodel thier bathroom and flooring. All started fine. Original bid was agreed upon and timeline was given 3-5 days to complete project. Project was started. Then the problems started. Him and his crew didn't work as agreed upon. Drywall was not installed correctly. Studs were not taken care of properly which caused waves in drywall. Shower and surround was damaged during install and not installed correctly. Flooring was not installed right. Gaps in floor, dents, scratches, holes. Destroyed existing trim. Ruined outdoor table that was personal property. Left house unlocked after being told not to. Texture was applied wrong. When a problem with window removal arose, he came to my friends and asked for way more money than necessary. He ruined personal items such as towels, vanity light, living room flooring that was already there. When confronted he was full of excuses such as "I have never worked on an older house" or "I'll just caulk that" or "I don't know how to do that". No information was given to our friends prior to starting that he was not able to do the job or inexperienced in working on older homes. A meeting happened. They asked him to fix it all and put in new flooring. He agreed and a timeline was agreed upon. He continued to make excuses about why he couldn't come including the flooring wasn't in when they knew it was. Then tonight after the storm there was water in the bathroom. He came over and again more excuses and proceeded to blame everything on my friends. He then threatened to fight my one friend after he was asked to leave multiple times. DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM FOR ANYTHING. Oh and he takes all his construction job pics off his website so the *** doesn't find out. He is shady and a terrible so called contractor. This is not the first time he has done this. Just wish we had all known better before they got in business with him. Take this advice and STAY AWAY.Review from New acre homes

Doesnt pay sub contractors . Refuses to talk after you send a ****
