I purchased the extended warranty for my furniture. I submitted a claim for repairs in April of 2022. The mechanical mechanisms are broke in all four reclining seats (2 couches). The broken mechanisms are damaging my flooring. It has been 8 months and the repairs have not been started. They have only contacted me 3 times for an update. For the last 4 months they claim they are still waiting on a part. At this point, I believe the furniture should be replaced.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/20) */ We have been making attempts to rectify this with the customer, the mechanisms have been on order and are due to arrive this week. However, we have now made the offer to take the sofa and loveseat back and give a full refund along with an apology at how long this was taking. Unfortunately out of our control. The customer will be in this week to decide what she would like to do.
