I'm upset with 605 Auto, we bought a SUV it was a Nissan Pathfinder but wen we got it, it had a loud knocking noise and they told us that was normal for them kinda of vehicles as a car owner I know that wasn't normal. So we took it back 3 days later and they gave us a 2012 Dodge Ram truck and thr same thing but the salesman Sony told us that was a new motor that was in there and said it will last us a long time, well when thr truck gets hot that knocking noise gets louder, so we been trying to take it back but everytime we get there they give us excuses to bring it back next month are the mechanics are backed up so we took it back last week Thursday Nov 2nd and our salesman wasn't there but I think his name.was Jeff worked with us and said let me.take it to my mechanic and he was gone for like 25 minutes came back and said you guys still have warranty and I gave him my papers and he looked upset, them went inside and said is this your guys only ride so I said yes it is and I need something big for me and my grands and he came back with a smaller car 2016 Ford Escape. Anyways we took it and was making our way home and stopped to put in gas and the vehicle had a hard time starting so I told him shud we take it back and he said we'll see if it does it again, but it started right up after we put gas in there my husband was thinking it was almost out of gas cuz that's why it did that. But anyways idk what to do since the guy that we dealt with us told us t's gna be a major fix and that will have it for awhile.

They put out a mailing advertising that is a pull tab scam ( The Prize is Right) to get you in the door, very misleading. Wouldn’t recommend this business.

Scammers and liers. Don’t waste your time. Can’t believe I fell for their bs.

Very mis leading on advertising. When you listen to their add on the Bob Father you think they can do anything. But in reality they have hidden rules that they dont tell you about. Wouldnt recommend

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very helpful and informative throughout my entire vehicle buying experience. They let me take my time and didn't try to just push a vehicle on me. Everyone there was super friendly, I could of just hung around there all day.

Went to get a vehicle as I was new to the area and they were great to get me into a car but not great to tell me issues with the car as I have 12+ hours of work into it after I got it. A week after getting the vehicle is when I started having problems and have since then had problems. I lost the paperwork and title as I'm in a small place and trying to get my place organized and have been waiting soo patiently for them to contact me and to acknowledge that I cant drive my vehicle and haven't been able to for nearly 3 months. They won't call me back or help me resolve this but was quick to get me into something as I was ok with it because I was at the 605 Auto Plaza 2 and didn't know they had anther car lot down off a highway with all their used cars. The location I was at only had nicer vehicles as I knew my credit was poor so I knew I wouldn't get approved for any of them so I was open to what they have. After I signed got everything taken care of we then drove to the other location to pick it up. Didn't even get to see what vehicles they all had that would've been a better option for me. Bad salesmanship, poor communication, and poor time management for their customers that really need the use of the warranty. Can't get a call back or any help. But maybe it's just me but that's my experience.
