Paid for ultimate fit denture. Received a temporary and plan was to return in 6 mos for the ultimate fit denture and then to start the process for implants. Attempted to make.appt and found the business had closed with no notification. 2 stressful wks.later they reopened only for existing customers and stated they did not have a dentist. They now arr telling me that it would not be wise to get qhat I paid for until 12 mos has gone by...not what they said at all the first time. And do I even trust them to do anything at this.point? No! I would like my.money. ack but they said they can't do that until they get back what I paid for. I have yet to get qhat I paid for!! I paid **** for ultimate fit denture and all I received was a cheap temporary denture but they arr refusing g to offer me a refund so I can go somewhere else. I suggested paying for the cheap temp but they said no they don't do that. Their cheapest denture is ******. I would be happy with **** back no resolution and I am suffering with this cheap denture for almost 8 mos now. I do ha e my receipt but not with me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/09) */ On April 27th, 2022 patient Terry ******** was seen in our Affordable Dentures and Implants Location in ***************. Final impressions were taken and we are currently fabricating a final denture for the patient. The patient is scheduled for delivery of the final denture for May 19th @ 2:00pm. If the denture is not to the satisfaction of the patient we will provide a refund.
