The dental clinic is belonged to Premise Health. Its site name is ******************************** and ************************ They suggested me to have a deep cleaning (9/29/2023), after deep cleaning, one of my teeth is in big pain. Below is the conversation I made with them:1) the pain started right after the deep cleaning, and, right after I visited the clinic for this tooth because of the pain. 2) two of your dentists in you clinic who looked the **ray agreed the deep cleaning trigged the crack, which as of now it is concluded by dentists per their experiences.3) losing a tooth is a big deal, I have suffered pain which is physically, mentally I am not ready to lose it to have tooth implant, these are sufficient to illustrate the damage, not to mention the finical part - it is expensive.4) In order to save this tooth as longer as possible, I think it should be confirmed by a specialist who can perform 3D model based on **Ray results, to tell me what the current conditions of the root of this tooth, whether it has a crack as the dentists concluded per experiences, or it has a crack but grow slowly or perhaps settled. I am hoping it has been settled and won't grow, if so, perhaps one more follow up to confirm.5) I propose the cost (beyond the insurance coverage) associated with bullet #4 should be paid by your clinic. 6) please put yourself in patient's shoes. Deep cleaning is not 'must have' for me, I could have avoided the pain and still have it as a normal tooth! Before the deep cleaning, I did not have any sign of any problems with this tooth (it has crown BTW). However, their VP denied and said the dentist didn't say 'trigger' which is a big lie. Also, deep cleaning seems popular in this clinic.
