I have requested twice that I not receive mailings at this address from this company in the name of my ex husband. The last time I called them on 3/21/23, I was given a sales number to call ***************** I called and spoke with a rep who said they would remove this name and address from their list. I again received another mailing on 6/10/23 addressed to my ex husband ***** ***** who has never lived at this address. I do not want to receive any mail with my ex-husbands name and this company refuses to stop sending this mail after I have tried resolving this.Initial Complaint

I located a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV on dealer's website which stated final price was $30,250. I called the dealership 3 different time to confirm the price. I was told by salesperson that final price was $30,250 plus tax, tag, title, and doc fee. I traveled an hour to the dealership on 02/24/2022 to purchase the vehicle. When salesperson came from finance manager's office with the numbers, I questioned why the vehicle was higher. The response that I got was "it is for Lojack which we installed and you will have to pay to have it removed". I reluctantly agreed since I liked the vehicle and was not paying extra to have something removed that the dealer put on. I was not given anything in writing until after I signed the contract via a tablet in the business office. I have reviewed my contract and it says price of vehicle was $31,545 plus $599 for Lojack. So, I was not given the advertised price of $30,250 which I took a screen shot of. I have tried to contact the dealership several times to speak to manager or owner and the only one they give me to talk to is the finance manager who is rude and needs some customer service skills. I feel like the dealership should honor the advertised price.Business response

I spoke to MS ***** ******* regarding her complaint to BBB on 03/18/2022. Ms ******* is fully satisified with my explanation and solution we came up with to resolve this confusion and complaint. I would like for BBB to close this case with satisfactory remarks. Thank you **** ******** Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/03/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Yes, I was willing to accept Mr. ********'s offer of free lifetime oil changes and car washes. Plus, he also stated that he would pay the 1st two months of my car payment. I provided him the loan account number and payment address. As of 03/29/2022, there has not been a payment received. I request that the complaint not be closed until confirmation of payment is received.
