Cannot get refund. Have called, emailed sent info that I was provided from the warranty company. They keep saying until they get money from The warranty company , they will not release my money. Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/01) */ WE PROVIDED SERVICE FOR MS. ****** 7/26/21. i TOLD HER WARRANTY COMPANY AND HER IN ADVANCE SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CLAIM UPFRONT AND BE REIMBURSED BY THEM, WE DO NOT DO ANY BILLING FOR WARRANTY COMPANIES. SHE AGREED TO PAY US AT TIME OF SERVICE FOR FOR THE REPAIR. ON 7/26/21 WE BILLED HER FOR A SERVICE CALL, DIAGNOSIC AND REPAIR FOR REPLACING HER RUN DUAL RUN CAPACITOR. THE TOTAL BILL WAS $224.00, MS. ****** PAID $170.00 THE DAY OF HER SERVICE THE WARRANTY COMPANY CALLED TO VERIFY THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AND ASKED ME IF THEY COULD PAY US DIRECTLY FOR THEIR CLAIM OVER THE PHONE VIA CREDIT CARD RATHER THAN SENDING THE MONEY TO MS. ******. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS UP TO MS. ******. SHE APPROVED THIS. AS OF 3/1/22 WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM HER WARRANTY COMPANY FOR THE REPAIRS MADE. I HAVE TOLD MS. ****** THIS MULTIPLE TIMES AND ADVISED HER TO CONTACT HER HOME WARRANTY COMAPNY FOR PAYMENT. I ALSO ADVISED HER THAT IF THEY CLAIM TO HAVE ALREADY PAID US, SHE WILL NEED TO VERIFY THE MAILING ADDRESS AND REQUEST A COPY OF THE PROCESSED CHECK FRONT AND BACK. IF THEY PAID VIA CREDIT CARD, WE NEED, THE DATE AND AMOUNT PAID, AS WELL AS THE CARD NUMBER THEY USED. I CAN NOT REFUND MS. ****** FOR A SERVICE WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR. HER ISSUE IS NOT WITH US, IT IS WITH HER WARRANTY COMPANY. THE ONLY EMAIL SHE HAS PROVIDED TO ME FROM THEM SHOWS THEY APPROVED TO PAY US, NOT THAT THEY DID PAY US. I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS ISSUE TO HER IN WRITING, MULTIPLE TIMES. I SYMPATHISE WITH MS. ******'S SITUATION. WE APPRECIATE HER BUSINESS AND HAVE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY NUMEROUS TIMES TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED WITH HER WARRANTY COMPANY, FOR HER SAKE AND OURS. WE WILL GLADLY REFUND ANY MONIES OWED TO MS. ****** WHEN WE RECEIVE THE FUNDS, WE WERE PROMISED FOR THE SERVICE WE PROVIDED. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/03/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I WAS not told in advance not did I agree to pay anything other than my 75.00 y. They said I had to pay that amount and when I complained, was told they made an error and would give be back the 95.00. I would not not have called them unless the warranty company had not told me it was who my case was assigned to. I know the man that came did nothing to my unit. Walked in, walked out.. This is a bad company and cares nothing about their reputation in proving good service. And, they still send me emails and mail outs to call them . No way Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/03/02) */ We are sincerely sorry you are still having issues with your Warranty Company. Our company provided a service to you which you accepted and paid for on 7/26/21. Per our agreement, we will be happy to mail you a check for $95.00 once we receive the funds from your Warranty Company. If you prefer for them to pay you directly, you will need to reach out to them.
