I retained **** ******** and paid him $2,500 for services. It was a surveillance job. My daughter passed away from cancer which delayed the job a few months. I have contacted him over 15 times to try to get something completed. I have received zero return calls and texts. This is hurting my court case an have spent my budget on him. I sent him a nice message and left a voice mail almost two weeks ago in the event he was hurt or something, but he has not gotten back I had someone else call and he answered. I want a refund from this ****Business response

Good afternoon,
I am in receipt of your complaint, referenced above. I am a little dumfounded as to the complaint. In reading it, I do not agree with any of its contents, as the facts are not true.I am not a ****.
I have responded to Mr. ****** texts and calls. Mr. **** was sent a letter, accompanied by an invoice showing where the $2500 was utilized.
Services were performed as requested. We even performed surveillance on Thanksgiving Day, to try to accommodate his desires.
Lastly, we have a no refund policy which is clearly stated in our contract. To make sure that this is not over looked by our clients, we have them initial each page of our agreement. I have that agreement, bearing his signature.
In closing, I am sure that Mr. **** has endured a great deal of stress from the tragic loss of his daughter. I am sincerely sorrowful this has happened to him. However, that has nothing to do with our agreement. We have fulfilled our obligation to Mr. ****. I am sorry that the investigation did not provide the evidence that he desired.
