  I wholesale realestate and had a closing with this company on February 4th 2023 the seller said he uses them all the time I found a buyer and the closing was set for the above date the time up until the closing date I was in contact with then via phone and email on the day of the closing also. I didn't attend the closing nor did the seller but the buyer did my fee for finding the buyer was $17,500 which we agreed that it would be sent by ***** next day delivery a few days after the closing I spoke with them and was given the tracking info I tracked the package to the address where I had it sent but ***** never delivered it so I went online to ***** and it was put out for delivery the next day still never received it that was a Friday so Monday I call them and let them know they said they would check into it and get back to me the next day the contact me and say they canceled that check and would issue another check and send it ***** again I agreed. The next day I call to get the tracking info and was told the person who handles sending out packages was out and someone who was filling in just gave it to the ***** driver and never got the tracking info so I wait 2 days and call because the package doesn't come. So I call and tell them I had enough and I want it wired to my account they said they would have to see if that was an option by this time its almost 2 weeks past the closing date a day or 2 later I hear back and they say it would be done that day I check with my bank the next day and was told that there wasn't a wire transfer nor was there one pending. I now go to call them and their phone isn't working it don't ring and usually it would ring and after the 3 ring go to a receptionist but nothing I emailed them to call me and never heard anything back now its over a month and I still don't have a check or payment and the number still does nothing. The phone number I call is ********** and I'm facing eviction due to not receiving this check and about 2 b homelss
